Are you living your best life?

Do you feel like you are living your best life? How is your health? Your relationships with family, with friends? Your finances? If you have gaps, things that could be improved, then I think you have discovered that you are human, living a real life and of course there are things that could be better and usually, there is scope for improvement. There is so much potential within us all.

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, neatly lays out the foundations of what every person needs to fulfill our lives and to reach the goal of feeling and realizing and meeting your full potential. Below is Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, from Wikipedia and is widely accepted as being pinnacle for a person to fulfill their lives. The pyramid strucute neatly lays out how an individual needs to achieve each layer of the pyramid, from base to top inorder to move to the next level and get closer to reaching your full potential. This structure points to essential aspects of life, having good food, feeling safe, having good social network and love, feeling good about yourself and then the ultimate of feeling self actualized, or as I put it, feeling fulfilled and feeling like you are living your best life.

Do you know what living your best life looks like? What brings you fulfillment in your life? Is it the family around you, your caeer, your dreams, your strong finances? Do you feel like you have a purpose in life? Do you know what’s important to you? Have you sat down and evaluated the things you are satisfied with and the things that could be improved upon. Sometimes it is hard to find time to do this and hard to reflect and evaluate as many of us are caught up in living on what I call, the hamster wheel. Living life on repeat and fulfilling our immediate needs.

A tool that is very helpful to slow down and reassess life is the Meditation on Twin Hearts. This mediation has many components and benefits to it. It is an energetic meditation, so it has a flushing out of negative thoughts and emotions and to a certain degree, disintegrating effect on remove negative energy from our system. By removing negative energies from our system we feel happier and we also have more focus and clarity. We also have a technique within this meditation that helps us to connect with our divine self, our soul. A fundamental component of our lives, which can be stretching to comprehend is that everything is energy. Did you know that we are living in an ocean of energy, energy is everywhere. In Physics they have discovered the Biofield. The biofield is the electromagnetic field that sits around every living thing, it plays a role in the health and wellbeing of the living organism. If you change the energy within you and around you, things will change for you both physically for your health, mentally for your mindset, psychologically for your mental health and emotionally, by being more emotionally balanced and stable, less upsets, less outbursts, less hurt. The concept of energy has existed for thousands of years, it’s a natural phenomenon.

According to Master Choa Kok Sui, our energy body is in the shape of a pattern. Certain diseases have set patterns in the body, certain physical, mental and emotional issues have patterns in our energy body. Having a balanced and clean energy body enables us to be healthy, physically, mentally and emotionally. By cleaning out the invisible biofield around us, otherwise known as an aura, and by cleaning out the charkras or energy centres within our body, we can correct the pattern, we can correct this issues in our system and align ourselves to balance. Balance is the status that best serves us energetically. Science has proven the biofield and certain clairvoyants can see the biofield. Kirilian Photography can capture aspects of the biofield or bioplasmic energy body too. Images have been used to capture both before and after Pranic Healing treatments that prove the effectivity of Pranic Healing.

Many studies have been undertaken, including some recently published by Kings College London, with Senior Pranic Healing Instructor Les Flitcroft, (who I learnt Pranic Healing from in the UK), called, “Efficacy of pranic psychotherapy and pranic healing in the management of chronic pain, associated medical conditions and stress and anxiety”. You can read the full article and discover more, in summary, 100 patients were given Pranic Healing treatments and the scientific findings under clinical trial conditions, was that people improved and had less chronic pain and less stress and anxiety and improvements physically.

I had a client who was not able to get a job, she had searched for months, unable to get employment in the area of her expertise. I did a few healings for her and encouraged her to learn Pranic Healing, so she could start to improve her energy. She took the class and received a new job shortly afterwards. This happened with another client too.

What can we do to impact our energy and improve our lives? Simple things we can start doing today:

Manifest your dream life: create a vision board of all the things you would like to have in your life and look at that board every day, see what your dreams are and believe they can happen. You can also write down your goals, dreams and wishes, the things you aspire for. If you are looking for a new partner, write down some of the important qualities that person would have.

Positive Affirmations assist us in rewiring our brain that may have negative thinking patterns. Looking at yourself in the mirror and saying positive statements like, “I am strong”, “I am healthy”, “I am very happy”, “I am enjoying my life”, “I am loving”, “I am prosperous” etc these types of positive affirmation statements create new ways and establish positive self talk, positive self relfection which foster positive emotions and thoughts within you and your energy field. Just imagine what positivity you are radiating. As you may well know, like attracts like, so if you are radiating like a sun, full of positivity, positivity will radiate back at you. You will invite more positive people and experiences in your life.

Relationships, improve your relationships. Forgiveness will set you free. Yes, forgive those who have harmed you and ask for forgiveness to those you may have hurt. I have written another article on forgiveness which I would encourage you to read for more information. Matthew (5:11) “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall be shown mercy”, helps us to understand that also in forgiving others, we are forgiving. What we do to others comes back to us. Improving the energy of our relationships may assist us in building better lives.

Gratitude, appreciation for the little things in life, helps also to foster positivity in your energy. Science has also written much on gratitude and wiring our brain in a positive way changes the brain completely. UCLA has written, Health Benefits on Gratitude about the benefits of gratitude on our health, our heart and reduces stress, anxiety, depression and improves sleep.

What brings you fulfillment in your life? Is it the family around you, your caeer, your dreams, your strong finances? Do you feel like you have a purpose?  We can do many things in our daily lives to improve our everyday lives. According to Master Choa Kok Sui, he has shared techniques and ways to combat physical, mental and emotional health challenges, even chronic pain, stresses and anxieties may be alleviated by using non-touch, natural Pranic Healing. What can we do to bring about our best life? Many things, focusing on what’s important and makes us happy in life, manifesting our wishes, building positive relationships and appreciating the little things in life goes a long way to helping us live our best life. Going beyond basics, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, finding self actualization, our true purpose and meaning to your life also helps us go further into the state of feeling that our life needs are being met; feeling centered, grounded, peaceful and balanced, of feeling like, all that hard work, is worth it. We work hard to live our best life and being clear on what that means to us, is important. Being authentic to yourself, your needs, your wishes and having the courage to make changes, big or small to fulfill our best life dream.
